KAM are delighted to certify practical completion at Bridge Point Enterprise East in Chadwell Heath, East London. This market-leading 343,800 sq ft scheme has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM rating as well as being Net Zero in operation.
Located within the M25, and on the Elizabeth Line, the 10-unit scheme offers great access into central London. KAM worked with the project team to ensure the scheme was constructed to a high standard and in accordance with the new Building Safety Act and the GLA.
The KAM team have provided project management, cost management and employer’s agent services for our client Bridge Industrial.
