Great progress is being made at Enfield 73, North London, where steel and cladding works are underway.
The 73,000 sq ft logistics unit is designed to be Net Zero in operation and is targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings through features such as PV paneling and EV charging points.
KAM are providing cost management, project management and employer’s agent services, with project completion due in spring 2025.
