Clipper, Zara Mezzanine
The new multi-tier mezzanine successfully reached Practical Completion on 29 October 2018.
There were a number of partial possessions introduced during the latter stage of the construction period due to increased business pressures, and through a strong collaborative approach at site level, these were achieved and Zara were able to occupy various sections in advance.
