Construction begins at Panattoni Park Central A1(M)

KAM are pleased to announce that works have commenced at Panattoni Park Central A1(M) , near Junction 34 of the A1(M), on the largest speculative logistics unit under construction in the UK.

Spanning 770,000 sq ft, the unit will be built to BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A’ rating specifications with a target of net zero carbon development. 

KAM are providing project management, cost management, and employer’s agent services, with the project set to reach completion in autumn 2025.
