KAM are delighted to announce that works have recently commenced on two new projects in North London.
The first is a multi-unit industrial scheme in South Woodford which will see the construction of six units with internal floor areas ranging from 6,000 to 26,000 sq ft.
Faircloth Construction Ltd have been engaged for the delivery of this scheme, which is scheduled to complete in the summer of 2025. The site is strategically located for quick access on to the M11/M25 and North Circular.
The other scheme is an industrial project in Enfield which comprises a single 70,000 sq ft unit and office accommodation across three storeys. Ventry Construction Limited have been appointed as main contractor on the project.
The construction works commenced on site in early July and the scheme is scheduled to complete in spring 2025. The site, which was formerly operated as a Buttles Builders Merchants, will now provide a prime industrial development located within easy access of the M25.
