Fantastic progress at Baytree Nuneaton
Fantastic progress is being made on site at the 1m sq ft Baytree Nuneaton development.
The main office CLT and Glulam frame is coming along nicely, ready for logistics specialists Rhenus Logistics to move in later this year.
KAM are delighted to be providing cost management and employer’s agent services on this project. The state-of-the-art, sustainable warehouse will feature the very latest digital technology and is on target to become BREEAM Outstanding certified.
