Warehouse construction has commenced on the first two plots at Magna Park Corby for client GLP UK.

Great progress continues at Magna Park Corby, where warehouse construction has commenced with main contractor VolkerFitzpatrick.
As shown in the photo below, the steel frame is coming along nicely on the first two plots, ready for cladding to follow in the coming weeks.
These two units will provide over 1.2m sq ft of warehousing and distribution space, ready for occupation later this year.
We are delighted to be providing our long-standing client, GLP UK, with cost management and employer's agent services on this project.
