Building works are progressing quickly at Axis J9 Phase 3, Bicester, with units four and five in the final stages of finishing.
The scheme consists of five logistics units totaling 110,000 sq ft and all target BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings.
KAM are providing cost management, project management and employer’s agent services for Albion Land Limited on this project, which is due to reach completion in May 2025.
