KAM Academy welcomes its first graduates

Well done to our KAM Academy graduates who have been working hard over the past eight months to develop their technical and non-technical skills through KAM’s structured career development programme.

KAM Academy brought a mix of cost and project managers together through in-person and virtual training sessions on important topics such as sustainability, fee proposals and appointments, dispute resolution and communication.

Staff were pushed outside their comfort zones to deliver presentations to the senior leadership team about their learnings, which contributed to the aim of self-growth.

As a business, we are committed to training and developing our people by equipping them with skills to progress both personally and professionally in an engaging and memorable way.
