KAM GmbH are delighted to be supporting GLP Deutschland on the refurbishment of a 116,000 m² logistics facility in Philipsburg.
GLP acquired the unit in April 2024 and works have now begun on the extensive refurbishment, which will see the building modernised in accordance with GLP’s high sustainability standards and new office buildings added.
Strategically located in the Rhine-Neckar region, between Frankfurt am Main and Stuttgart, the facility offers tenants flexible, delimit able individual areas of between 2,000 m² and 10,000 m², and also the possibility of a larger, contiguous rental area of up to 116,000 m².
KAM GmbH are providing GLP Deutschland with project management, design review, and claim management services, with the project set to reach completion in 2025.
