KAM x Bowery: Refurbishment Reaches Completion

In February 2024, KAM GmbH were appointed by Bowery to assist with the refurbishment of their logistics facility located in Uhingen, Stuttgart.

The facility, a circa 7.500 m² logistics facility, was originally built in the 1960’s and has been refurbished to bring it up to standard.  

Over the last seven months, mechanical and electrical works have been completed, alongside the installation of two new cold rooms and a loading dock, and general repair works to the building envelope. The completion of works brings the unit back into use as a logistics facility, ready for a new tenant to take over the lease.

KAM GmbH’s appointment included the provision of cost and project management, stakeholder management, and client representation for the duration of the project. 
This project was the first collaboration between KAM GmbH and Bowery, and we look forward to working together on future schemes.
