One Team Delivering Excellence
Last Thursday the KAM team got together for our first annual team conference.
The event was a great success, with all our talented staff from across the UK and Germany coming together under one roof to celebrate our achievements over the last nine years, since the formation of KAM.
The conference focused on our business ethos of “One Team Delivering Excellence”, looking at how this has helped us get to where we are and how we will each continue to implement this as we grow.
A big thank you to Angus Freeman and Sarah Winckless MBE at Clarity Leadership for their engaging and thought-provoking presentation, and for hosting a fantastic team-building afternoon. It was great to see so many smiles on everyone’s faces as they pushed themselves to think outside the box.
Our “One Team Delivering Excellence” focus always has been and always will be at the core of our business. As we now continue to move forwards as a team, more energised and excited for the future, we can’t wait to see what amazing things we will achieve over the next year.
