KAM are excited to be working on a new project, Waltham X, where we will be providing employer’s agent, cost manager and principal designer services for clients RPMI Railpen and Wrenbridge.
Planning consent has just been achieved for the development of a 128,000 sq ft warehouse consisting of six Grade A units, each ranging in size from 5,400 sq ft to 84,500 sq ft.
The units will sit on a 5.85 acre site based in Waltham Cross, London, and are due to reach completion in Q2 2021.
