Practical Completion at Panattoni Brighton

KAM are delighted to have reached practical completion at Panattoni Brighton, where the team have been providing project management, cost management, and employer’s agent services for client Panattoni UK.

The project saw the construction of seven units totaling circa 267,000 sq ft, all of which have been built to a base specification and on target to achieve BREEAM Excellent ratings.

Located adjacent to Shoreham Airport and on the boundary with the South Downs National Park, KAM worked with the project team to ensure the scheme was designed appropriately for the surroundings and constructed in line with the adjacent land users’ restrictions.
