Practical completion at Panattoni Farnborough
KAM are delighted to announce the successful completion of Panattoni Farnborough.
Panattoni Farnborough is a 170,000sqft spec build unit, which has achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating.
KAM provided cost management and employer’s agent services on the development for our client, Panattoni UK.
Iain Hendry, KAM Account Lead commented: “We are thrilled to deliver this desirable unit as part of our ongoing relationship with Panattoni UK and pleased that it has already been let to DFS, the UK furniture manufacturer and retailer.”
