Practical completion at Sonar Portsmouth

KAM are thrilled to announce that SONAR Portsmouth has reached practical completion, where the team have been busy constructing seven units ranging from 5,500 sq ft and 35,200 sq ft for our client Wrenbridge.

These high-spec industrial units include a focus on sustainability incorporating Electric Vehicle Charging, PV panels and green roof cycle shelters, whilst also achieving BREEAM Excellent and EPC A / A+ ratings across the development.

KAM provided employer’s agent and cost management services on the delivery of this project.
