We are pleased to have reached practical completion at ‘Spark’, Bishops Stortford, where KAM provided cost management, project management, and employer’s agent services for funder Fiera Real Estate UK and client Wrenbridge.
The logistics scheme totals 190,000 sq ft across twelve units and targets net zero carbon construction, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC ‘A’ and ‘A+’ ratings.
