KAM are delighted to announce completion has been reached at Swindon2.3.
The four storey logistics centre, totalling over 2.3m sq ft, is the biggest single asset logistics letting and funding deal ever negotiated in the UK.
The building has been Let to the world’s largest e-commerce retailer, where it will host a robotic sorting logistics facility.
Iain Hendry, KAM Account Lead, commented: “We are extremely proud of the hard work and dedication demonstrated by our team, who worked closely with our client, Panattoni UK, contractor, Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd and tenant, Amazon, to bring this project to practical completion. It is great to see the building being enjoyed by hundreds of Amazon staff”.
