Great progress is being made on site by the Magrock team at SONAR Portsmouth, where they’re busy constructing a total of seven units totalling circa 111,000 sq ft (GEA).
All steel frames are complete, with external facades concluding on the final units, and the warehouse floor slab pours starting in the coming weeks.
These photos show the development of the site - from the former steelworks site in Hilsea following the first phase of demolition in 2023, to the new industrial development looking ahead to completion in September 2024.
