Wokingham Borough Council Regeneration Scheme
KAM has been supporting Wokingham Borough Council for the town centre mixed use regeneration scheme, providing project manager and employer’s agent services.
As part of works, the town centre now contains 18 new shell and core shop units and 26 residential apartments and townhouses.
There are now 10 retailers that have commenced trading from the Peach Place regeneration scheme and plenty more are set to join the scheme.
