Works have begun at Vaughan Park, Tipton

KAM are thrilled to announce that development has commenced at Vaughan Park, Tipton.

We are acting as project manager, cost manager, and employer's agent for funder and owner Kennedy Wilson and Tungsten Properties on this scheme, which will deliver two new industrial units totalling more than 250,000 sq ft.

Vaughan 153 will comprise 153,000 sq ft of grade A industrial and logistics space. Built with a 15m eaves height, the unit will also include 10,000 sq ft of office space, 16 dock level loading doors, and 147 car parking spaces with 15 electric vehicle charging points.

The second unit, Vaughan 102, boasts a 12m eaves height and will include 6,000 sq ft of office space, 10 dock level loading doors and 100 car parking spaces, including ten electric vehicle charging points. Both units are targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’.

Magrock Ltd have hit the ground running, and we look forward to seeing the scheme develop with completion scheduled for December 2023.
