Following the success of Phase One at Catalyst Bicester, we are excited to continue supporting our client Albion Land Limited on Phase Two of the development.
This phase will see the construction of two state of the art tech buildings, both of which are being built to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating specification.
Works are progressing nicely on site, with the steel frame beginning to take shape. We look forward to seeing the development come to life over the next few months as we continue to work alongside a talented project team.
