Overview
A development by the leading developer, Baytree. These units are linked into the recently created additional M1 junction. Plot A was speculatively built and completed in 2018. Both units have been designed to achieve a WELL certification.
The immediate area undertook massive redevelopment including an upgrade of transport links, requiring Baytree’s project team to interface with Central Bedfordshire Council.
At the time, the project has been described as ‘the world’s most sustainable warehouse’, winning ‘Building Project of the Year’ at the 2019 BusinessGreen Leaders Awards. KAM’s role as CM/EA was critical in ensuring the green initiative’s were maximised without adversely impacting on budget.
