Overview
The project comprises of two units across 186,000 sq ft in a spec-build unit scheme for Baytree.
The units were designed to the client’s bespoke specification for BREEAM Excellent and WELL-ready certification, and include external CLT-framed podium offices, water features acting as surface water attenuation, roof gardens, and many other sustainable features.
The steel frame was designed through a collaboration with Bryden Wood and TATA Steel, and it was manufactured using their FastTruss solution.
