Overview
The project involved the design and construction of a 512,500 sq ft speculative industrial unit.
The unit comprises of a 488,500 sq ft warehouse with a 15m haunch, two storey 16,000 sq ft office space, two hub offices and a 350 sq ft gatehouse.
The project included the demolition of existing agricultural buildings and remediation of isolated areas of the site.
