Overview

KAM have carried out the role of employer's agent and commercial manager for the site wide infrastructure and enabling works of an eight-unit masterplan at Magna Park Lutterworth North.

The first build to suit unit of 1.06m sq ft, Highways England works consisted of a new roundabout, associated A5 widening, and LCC S278 works. As a result, 7nr build to suit development opportunities became available. 

The overall Magna Park development is Europe's largest dedicated distribution park and is widely acclaimed within the industry for setting new standards in terms of design, environmental management, sustainability, occupier efficiency and local job creation.
