Overview
KAM are carrying out the role of project manager and cost consultant on the phased development of a part derelict industrial site, providing much needed regeneration to this area.
The project's first phase will be site remediation and infrastructure works, both on site and upgrading connecting roads to the local network. Plot development will then follow being predominantly B8 with some B1/B2.
