Overview

KAM were responsible for the delivery of this significant logistics building on behalf of Europe's largest industrial developer, Panattoni.

The project required close coordination with the Tenant's contractors to develop and coordinate the detailed design and subsequent on-site delivery. 

KAM project and cost managed the precontract phase of the project, which included development of the project specific design, securing local planning consent and the agreement of a GMP and then a fixed price through open book tendering. KAM successfully managed the delivery of an enabling works package involving significant earthworks, and extensive strategic landscaping. 

The building construction phase commenced in 2020, with a programme of just 56 weeks to deliver a multi-level warehouse, office accommodation, ancillary space and extensive yards and car parking. The works incorporate significant tenant base build modifications and fit-out to suit the Tenants bespoke needs.
