Overview

The project was developed over many years by Wokingham Borough Council and development manager Wilson Bowden. The intention of the project was to bring a much needed update to the centre of the market town.

The first phase of the project involved demolition works next to a busy highway and above retail units which were in use.

KAM were site based and responsible for managing the change process, ensuring that the client and multiple occupiers' requirements were met.

KAM have worked with the developer on a number of projects and were specifically selected for this multifaceted scheme which displays KAM's ability to manage and deliver high profile, complex projects.
