Overview
Demolition and remediation of a brownfield site. Construction of three separate buildings, with units 2 and 3 being split into seven terraced units.
Each base build unit was constructed on a speculative basis, with each individual office fitted to CAT B standard. The scheme also involved S278 works to create a new access road and three new bellmouths into the site. The first unit was pre-let prior to practical completion.
