Working hand in hand with our project management offer or with a customer’s appointed project manager, contract administration ensures all the vital documentation is in place efficiently, quickly and correctly. KAM’s team includes experienced contract administrators fluent in all forms of contract requirements.
At the outset, we will discuss and agree the process for change control and whilst we have a proven KAM change control process, this can be adapted to suit your needs. Throughout we will consider the financials and programme effects of any change, to ensure a successful outcome.
We will prepare for, manage and instigate the necessary inspections for any customer early access, practical completion and at the end of the defects period, all in accordance with contractual conditions set down in any Agreement for Lease and building contract.
